I have to admit I was a little Leary at first because he was a realtor suggested by Zillow, however the first time we met him that all faded. He actually cares about his clients and you NEVER feel like just a sale. He really does give you his all and we appreciated that immensely. With that said, I needed to definitely write a review about Brad and Lori Rice. Brad and Lori are Amazing to work with. We purchased our beach house in Ocean City, New Jersey and without them I don’t know if it would’ve been possible. They worked with us so closely and stayed within our budget and did not give up until we found exactly what we wanted. A lot of times realtors can be very pushy and always showing you things above your means and this is something that Brad and Lori never did to us. They sold our first beach house and helped us get into our second. Which we ended up making our permanent home.
